The wedge adapts a horizontal seat to a 10 degree plus angle: this gently rocks the pelvis forward on the hips, taking the strain off the lower back. Upholstered in the new grip-right velour material which prevents slipping. The wedge has the added benefit of the contoured centre which is recessed to reduce pressure on the coccyx.
