Backchairs Direct keeps many of the chairs on this website in stock for demonstration purposes. If you are interested in a single chair and are located within a 2 hour drive from Sevenoaks, (This broadly covers the area ringed by Cambridge, Northampton, Milton Keynes, Oxford, Newbury, Southampton). why not let us bring some sample chairs to you to try at your leisure? At the same time benefit from our posture seating advice. For multi purchases we will consider a wider area. Please provide us with the users height, weight and any particular medical issues - this is an important part of the chair selection. If you are purchasing on behalf of a company, the only thing we ask is that a budget has been approved prior to the demonstration!
Delivery
Kneelers - Despatched for 2-3 business day delivery.
Saddle Seats - Manufactured to order - 2 week cycles.
Office Chairs - Generally manufactured to order with an average 2 week delivery period, subject to specific requirements and quantities.
Back Care Products - Despatched for 2-4 business day delivery.
IMPORTANT: Kneelers/Saddles/Backcare Products - Please notify us immediately if you do not receive your items within 10 days from order. Please keep all original packaging, as this must be used if items are returned to us failure to do this will attract additional charges.
Unless otherwise indicated delivery is free of charge (UK Mainland) delivered in cartons to your door.A shipping charge will be added for Scotland & Islands plus Non-UK mainlaind destinations. Delivery is Ex-Stock or 4 weeks. Or benefit from our DELIVERYPLUS service which takes the strain away from you - not only do we deliver, unpack and dispose of the packaging we even take the chairs to your preferred location within your building.
